Exchange Policy

At Luxury Heaven, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer an Exchange Only Policy.

Exchange Eligibility

• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• The watch must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with its original box, tags, invoice, and all accessories.
• The product must pass our quality inspection before the exchange is approved.

No Refund Policy

• We do not offer refunds for any orders once they have been delivered.
• Only exchanges are allowed as per this policy.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Watches that have been worn, scratched, damaged, or altered.
• Products without the original box, tags, invoice, or accessories.
• Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless received damaged or incorrect).

Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order Number
• Unboxing Video (mandatory)
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchange Shipping

• If the exchange is due to a damaged or incorrect product, Luxury Heaven will bear the shipping cost.
• For exchanges requested due to size, color, or customer preference (if applicable), the customer may be responsible for the shipping charges.
